Danice Boomgarden, CLCS, Co-Founder of Willow Insurance Agency and has worked in the insurance and financial services industries since 1996. Throughout her career, she has served in a variety of roles, gaining extensive experience working with individuals, families, business owners, and insurance professionals across multiple lines of insurance.
Her background includes agency ownership, agency operations, staff training, client education, underwriting support, and insurance consulting. These experiences have provided her with a broad understanding of both personal and commercial insurance and the important role insurance plays in protecting the people, businesses, and assets clients have worked hard to build.
As a licensed insurance broker and holder of the Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designation, Danice is committed to continuing education and professional development. She believes informed clients make better decisions and takes pride in helping clients understand their options, identify potential coverage gaps, and feel confident about their insurance choices.
Danice believes insurance should be built on relationships rather than transactions. She takes the time to learn about each client's individual circumstances, answer questions, and provide guidance in a straightforward and easy-to-understand manner. Theane Liberatore, MBA, is Co-Founder of Willow Insurance Agency and a licensed insurance broker with more than 25 years of experience helping individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most. Since 1998, she has worked with clients to identify risks, evaluate insurance options, and develop personalized insurance solutions designed to meet their unique needs.
Together with her business partner, Theane founded Willow Insurance Agency with a simple mission: to make insurance personal again. The agency was built on the belief that insurance should be easy to understand, supported by trusted guidance, and centered around the client's goals—not sales quotas.
Theane holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), bringing advanced business knowledge and strategic thinking to the clients she serves. Her experience includes personal insurance, home insurance, auto insurance, umbrella insurance, business insurance, commercial insurance, general liability insurance, professional liability insurance, commercial property insurance, commercial auto insurance, workers' compensation, cyber liability insurance, and risk management solutions.
